What life lessons have you learned from the movie "The Pursuit of Happyness"?

I just recently saw the movie and was inspired by the life struggles of Chris Gardner.

I was reminded that even if a person is homeless, they can still rise to the very top in society. Sometimes it's easy to think that the poor don't have (or ever get) the chance to get out of their misfortunes and excel. But Chris Gardner, a homeless and single dad, amazingly gets through the extreme challenges he faces and becomes a millionaire. It's a completely amazing and inspiring story.

Also, it made me want to start helping out at soup kichens (which I am now doing each week). Chris would have had to sleep in a public bathroom every night (instead of a few nights) if he had not been able to stay in the shelter. It made me want to help the poor more.

yet another sturdy one develop into The final American Virgin. lots of ways, it performs like a typical empty-headed 80s teen flick. Then on the very end, the lesson is which you're able to do all the wonderful issues for the lady, be the sturdy guy, and yet each so often she'll nonetheless rip your heart out, stomp on it, and consume it for breakfast. style of a grim lesson, yet an important one although!

That you should appreciate what you have and not to take the simple things in life for granted. This holiday season I didn't really care about how many presents I got. It was about being thankful for my family and all the opportunity's we have had this year.
