I do. It's like they're subliminally selling their cigarettes by reminding you that you have a habit. They don't really want you to quit, do they?

I quit cold turkey after smoking for 30 years. Because of a personal choice. And I believe that it is all up to yourself when you want to quit, just like it was up to yourself to start. Mind over matter only works for strong minds.

Those commercials make me squirm sometimes. I have never smoked, but the incredible irony just grabs me. There's no way that they could sincerely want you to quit.
