I've downloaded from Begust's but I can't get my computer to open the file. I make lots of customs (in demand) so help is appreciated.

Yes, I have been to both. The first one is the one I am having trouble running on my computer and the second is having some kind of error issues right now. I have emailed urlmaker about them.

They're hard to find, aren't they?

This one is decent: http://members.aol.com/klaussca/Seraglio/HeroSoft.htm

This one looks excellent, but I can't quite figure out how it works (the dials can be changed with the "Show Realms Code" option, but I can't figure out where it outputs): http://www.urlmaker.com/robert/heroclix/customs_view.cfm#

Connection speeds are usually listed in bits per second, and download speeds are listed in bytes per second. 1 byte = 8 bits, so connection speeds seem faster than download speeds. Kbps = kilobits per second KBps = kilobytes per second If you just want websites to load faster, try getting an "accelerated" dial-up service - they compress pictures so it takes less time to download them (but they look a bit worse). This doesn't affect file download speeds, though. DSL (if it's available in your area) prices are dropping - between $12-18 a month can sometimes get you a low speed DSL connection.
