go to a make up store ( MAC, Sephora, etc..) and have then give you a make over tell them what colors you usually wear and that you want a new look. They can help you find tones that are right for your skin, As for the hair... go to your hair stylist and she/he can help you find a cut or color that best suits your features. You should do your hair first tho, only because if you choose to change your hair color , the makeup might not match your look like you want it to.

Maybe darken your hair a bit, that'll make your eyes stand out more. And then just use natural make-up with some brown, gold or bronze hints here and there. Like for eyeliner or blush.

for brown eyes use a brown eye shadow in the day time. and a gray smokey eyed look for the night time. both garys and browns look stunning on blue eyes and a nude colour lip gloss

I think you should get side bangs, and layers. That would look cute. Also I think you should wear mascara, blush, and light pink lip gloss for makeup. For eye shadow wear something greenish. That would be SOOOOOO cute!!!!!!!!!!

ok on your eyed u what to wear a light blue or purple eyesahdow your blush go very lightly and mascarra please use it sorda thick but not to thick and your hair how long is it if so i would say get it cut straight and layerd
