Mechanical Engineer.

A little of both. I settled in the sense that I also wanted to be a writer and a lawyer and a chef and an artist and I couldn't be all these things (some I still do in my spare time however)

I also settled in the sense that I originally went into Aerospace engineering and wanted to work in the space program, but after spending some time in the industry realized that it wasn't really a great place to work...too unstable, too bureaucratic (companies tend to be very large,) and actually the pay wasn't as good as commercial engineering.

I used to work for the phone co. my job was installation and repair for business customers. I loved the job since you get to travel and meet new people each day. I got to go to Disney studio, Warner bros. and jet propulsion laboratory and watch them build satellites etc. It was fun and I learned something new everyday.
