ok my mom told me that she loves me bc she has too...and shes like and you wonder why there is favoritizum in the house and tells you you are fat..... well yeah pretty much not cool.... is this your problem too.....

That is not normal , you can not make your mom love you, but you can love you. When she says that smile sweetly and tell her you will remember she said that. When she says you wonder why there is favoritism, smile sweetly and say its ok, you can love whomever you want for whatever reasons. When she says you are fat, say you know and walk away. She is saying that because she knows it gives her power. You are giving her a reaction and attention. By agreeing , not reacting you take that away from her. When and if she says something nice , thank her and sincerely tell her you like it when she does that. Catch her at being a GOOD MOM and praise her when she is.

No mom "has to love" their kids. They are there to provide a future for your life and help you to be the best person you can be. Parents are supposed to love you. It's not a law that they have to. Your mom should love you for who you are. Not because "she has to."

My mother never ever told me that she loved me and always criticized me for everything. When I did well in something (which was often) she just ignored it and said nothing. My mother was constantly insulting me and calling me names that a mother should never call her daughter...
