An object can have very, very huge mass for example: neutron stars weight about 10^13 kg / cm^3 so they have enormous mass, but nothing can have infinite mass even Universe because it would have infinite energy (e=mc^2).

Are you asking which object has the greatest mass? If so, then the Quasar (supermassive black hole) is the answer. They can have a mass that is billions of times the mass of our sun.
