Then your choices are glasses or contacts--unfortunately there aren't any exercises for your eyes--despite the commercials for scam products like "See Clearly" and junk like that. I got the laser surgery and it's been like a small miracle.

Research 'tratak' as a starter - there's sure to be a lot of advice out there, just as likely some dietary advice will boost your eyes' performance, the main thing one would assume is a test you can do - there is a movie that details this, a man wanting access through a combination locked door by hiding in the drop ceiling so he can spy on the lock as it is being used, one thing he tried was reading the newspaper at a distance, I cannot readily recollect or rediscover the title though...

it can't get any better just by glasses or contacts.
your best bet for a better eyesight is laser eye surgery.
