You can either start from the begining or when you started remembering things, a significant time/event in your life, and you can even get stuff that you don't remember from your parents or gardians. Write about something you think would inspire others, be interesting to read, or something others could relate to, or even something that could help others.

it wouldnt be a biography then. it would be an autobiography. you usually start with a small stary about yourself or what you are in the present then wrtie about your past (birth, school etc.)

Jump in anywhere. Start with any event you want to, just start. One thing you might want to think about--who is it that you are writing this for? Write with them in mind. Good luck.
