what clay did WAS kind of inappropriate but kelly ripa just needs to shut her yap sometimes and needs to learn how to share the spotlight.

well Kelly said that that was her first time meeting Clay and I think there's some things you just dont do to virtual strangers-one being putting your hands all over their face! Clay was obviously nervous and not thinking about what he was doing but Kelly's right for defending herself. I get where he was coming from though and it could have been funny but I'm not on anybody's side...

Isn't this issue over yet??? I understand that it became a bigger issue (then it should have been) because of the hoopla on "The View", but I think Kelly explained herself at the time, and I am sure that Clay wishes he could take back that one moment in time.

Their feud has been over for weeks now.
I love Kelly. Kelly had an issue with Clay and she expressed herself. Clay apologized. End of story.

Oh Em Gee...I thought what Rosie O'Donald said was sooooo retarded! I mean, come on...if anything is rude and sexualistic, it's what SHE said. She complained about what Kelly said meaning something about him being gay, but if you think about it, he has never announced being gay, and she saying that, measn SHE was calling him gay! If I were Clay, I'd be p.oed at her!

i think clay should have at least respected kelly. i would have been humiliated if i were in her place at the time. a guy should never do that to a girl!

There was "controversy" because Rosie O'Donnell had to talk about it, saying that Kelly Ripa was homophobic. If it had happened without her intervening, no one would have talked about it.

I don't blame Kelly for saying what she said to Clay, he's ignorant.

I feel that he shouldn't have put his hand over her mouth b/c I don't like anyone doing that to me. She should've reacted differently but I still think she is cool. I don't think she is a homophobic like Rosie made her out to be.
