It is a standard mall, but I know that Saks Fifth Avenue has an outlet store called Off Fifth, and Neiman Marcus also has an outlet store there also. Other than that its all your standard stores.

I have been there a couple of times and I think it was originally marketed as an outlet mall but nowadays there are so many "outlet" type malls that stores like the Gap and others are actually starting to make cheaper versions of their nicer items to sell specifically at their "outlet" stores.

So not all the merchandise is mark-downs, irregulars, etc. Some is new, made just for the outlet stores.

Its a standard mall but they do have some outlet stores there. They have stores like guess, ecko, forever 21, finishline and footlocker. Its an okay mall to go to.

Its a little bit of both. As they have Off Saks and TJMaxx. Its not bad, but I prefer the normal mall (Lakeside or Macomb), they seem to have better deals. However Macy's has the best after Christmas deals ever. I am so glad they made it Michigan.

Happy shopping! ;)

regular mall, tho they do have a couple outlet type stores...TJ Maxx as well. I hate any mall myself, so i wouldn't suggest it!
