Looking for a collectibles toy shop SPECIALLY REFERED TO MINIATURE DIECAST TOYS CARS in Japan and no idea where or how to contact as all internet pages are in Japanese and the traductor is not good enough .

I'm not sure about the specific toy you are asking about but Golden Age in Akihabara district is full of collectible old Japanese Toys. I passed by and popped in there a couple of weeks ago when I was in Tokyo.
It's quite far down on the main road in Akihabara...
It's definitely worth checking out if that is what you are after.

i once lived japan they have great resturants and you can find great toys anywhere in japan even in thrift stores. and there are a lot of thriftstores in japan
