Personally i like stuart townsend better...he did a much better version of lestat cause the rock and roll lestat took place during his younger vampire years and tom cruise's lestat was too old it didn't really work but i loved the movie. even ann rice has her qualms about tom playing lestat cause of his age.

Stuart Townsend, no question. He looked like I imagined Lestat being when I first read the books...Tom Cruise just never fit that character in my opinion...

I liked Stuart Townsend the best. He had more of the aristocratic look then Tom Cruise did, which one needed to play a nobleman who become a vampire. Though I did like both movies.

I don't know who Stuart Townsend is, but I KNOW he played a better Lestat than Cruise. Cruise sucks.

Stuart Townsend is just plain SEXY as rock n' roll Lestat. My vote is for him. But the story in Interview with a Vampire is better than Queen of the Damned.

I absolutely despise Tom Cruise but I like Interview with a Vampire and I hated Queen of the Damned. So unfortunately I have to go for Tom (never thought I'd say that).
