What happens in vegas on New years? is there any good spots to party?

the whole city is PACKED. everywhere is a good spot and you can party in the street until about 1:00am. the clubs are all really expensive but you don't really need to go to one since there are so many people out everywhere. it's cold though so keep that in mind if you want to party outside for a while.

they shut the strip down like at 8pm and you can party in the street!!!
it looks so fun!
