No. And the proof is in that many, healthy, regular women have small boobs.

Also, keep in mind that young women begin their menstrual cycles at a time when their entire bodies are going through changes, including growing breasts, pubic hair and other physical attributes.

Your boobs will be what they are, and, short of surgery, there is not much you can do to increase their size.

You CAN help by eating healthy, and maintaining a good exercize program. You won't be able to grow bigger boobs, but proper exercise can build a stronger, firmer muscle base under them so that they can stand up and out better.

Just don't worry. Bigger is NOT better. And, too big will attract the wrong kind of attention.

The hormones that come with puberty are the reason for both getting your period, growing underarm hair and having larger boobs. Heredity plays a large part as well. If your family has large boobs, you may very well have them also. If small ones run in your family then you may be destined to be small. Your weight also has an impact on your size.

Well puberty makes your boobs grow. Your period is jsut part of puberty. My boobs started to grow before and continued until I was about 20. Enjoy not having them well you can. Remember everyone is different. I was a B cup until I was 18 then I went to a C and now I am a D to DD.

Yes and no.
Your boobs have already grown for about 2 years once you get your period, but after you get it they grow more, i think it has to do with increased hormones. When i got my period for the first time my boobs went from an 32A to a 34B in less then to months.

It is part of the maturation process; due to the increase in hormones in your body, so not "because of" but "part of" the process your feminine curves will show up in unison with your increasing breast size and your uterus and ovaries will happily cycle monthly hormones and go through ovulation and then sloughing of womb lining, which is the "period" preparing the body for the next cycle or chance for impregnation. Geez! So wonderfully made we are huh? Praise God!

it does not help your boobs grow! but it can get just a bit bigger temporarily when you're having period.same with when you get pregnant. Taking birth control pills regulary can increase the size of your boobs just a little and it will maintain that way as long as you take your pills.

Doubt it.

Your boobs start growing before you start having periods.

I'm not sure. That is a silly question, silly! And now that i think of it, im pretty certain that no, it does not help, because your breasts would almost certainly be already developted by the time you get your period.
