Why it is "i'll go home" but "i'll go to the cinema"?

i mean why we don't say "i'll go to home"?

Because "home" means *your* home. You'll go *to the* cinema, but if you say you'll go *to the* home, it could mean anyone's home. "Home" is a common noun as well as an adverb; it's an adverb when it refers to one's own place.
