1.) There are 10 players on the court at one time (5 for each team).

2.) The positions are Point-Guard (PG), Shooting-Guard (SG, Small-Forward (SF), Power-Forward (PF), and Center (C).

3.) The highest amount of points that you can get in one basket is 3 (from behind the 3-point arc).

4.) The total amount of points that you can get inside the 3-point line is 2 if it is a regular shot, 1 if it is a free-throw, or 3 if one get fouled while making a basket and makes the free-throw (this is called "And-1").

1) how many players are on the court at one time?
There are 10 players on the court at one time.

2) what are the posittions ?
Center, Point guard, Power forward, Small forward, Guard

3) what is the highest amount of points you can get in one basket?
The highest amount of points is four points. A three pointer plus a foul. But a total amounts of point you can get in a position is six points. You can shoot at the free throw line for a technical foul then you can shoot a three pointer and get a foul all at the same time.

4) what is the amont of points that you can get inside the 3 point line?
Inside the three point line, you can shoot a basket and get fouled. If the basket goes in and you score on your free throw then you get an old school three pointer.

5) how many points are free throws worth?
Each free throw is worth one.

1) Ten Players

2) Depends on the offense that you are running. Normally you have a point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center. But you can run a guard powered offense against a pressing defense and hopefully improve your offense.

3) Do you mean in one shot? If you are talking about baskets, then it's the total of points for team one in the first half and the total amount of points for team two in the second half, added together. If you are talking about one shot it's 3 points. You could also mean one play... Then if you are fouled during a three point shot and make it, you could go to the free throw line for the possiblity for a 4 point play.

4) Inside the three point line again you could get 2 points in one shot, but if you get fouled and go to the line and make it, you could get a 3 point play. If you are trying to get a descriptive as possible about your question then, I guess you could score as many baskets as time allots for, inside the three point line.

5) Free throws are worth one point, plain and simple...
