There are so many factors involved with a fractured skull that it is nearly impossible to answer this question without knowing more facts. What type of fracture is it? Linear, basilar, depressed? Was there brain damage associated with it? Was surgery performed?
A linear fracture with no associated damage to the brain will heal on it's own, and may take a few months.
