I just found my one and only Cabbage Patch kid, at least I think I did. She has two front teeth showing and I don't remember her having them. Its been years since I've seen her, I thought my parents threw her out. So did the ones that came out in `82 have teeth showing?

I bought one of the original one that came out in 1982 but I don't remember it having teeth, but remember the were all unique so yours probably did have teeth. Don't let it get away from you again, that's a keeper

I remember mine having only the two front teeth showing, I dont remember any with a full set

only 2 front teeth, they made some with missing teeth (like one front tooth) but I am sure it was later then 1982
