I'm cleaning her cage a LOT, disinfecting everything and bathing her once a week with a small amount of antibacterial soap. I put neosporin on her scabby neck and ears. Any other suggestions?

Take it to the vet. If it is mites they have meds to treat it. If it is something else they can treat that as well. It could be mites, or ringworm or a number of thing so I would take it in.

My rats had lice and mites, and the vet recommended dusting them with carbaryl 5% powder once a week. I found some called Zodiac Flea & Tick Powder for Dogs and Cats at the pet store and it worked great. It can be sprinkled on the bedding, too, but try to keep it away from the food. Maybe check with your vet first, it may be too strong for such a little critter.

it must be a parasitic infestation of the two the mice or from nutrition/bedding/water. i'd definitely replace to a various cage & additionally use shredded bathroom paper (sounds gross, even regardless of the indisputable fact that it particularly is what I put in my guinea pig's cage). additionally for the nutrition and water, use sparkling nutrition which you will devour on a daily basis (no longer something poison to them) and water from the clear out, (no longer faucet). computer screen the mice to verify that they do no longer happen returned. They shouldn't. So be it that they re-seem, touch a vet and get your pets examined with a microscope. The bugs ought to must be consistent with risk maggots which will replace into fleas? stable success, i wish not one of the mice get unwell or bypass.
