Just three days ago I got a Pantech phone from Cingular. I had it in my sweatshirt pocket and it feel out onto my driveway. It now has about ten scratches and dents in it. Only on the front but some are on the screen in front. There are now dents in the paint on it. I was wondering if maybe Cingular will fix it for free or if you know a way to fix it.

If you have phone insurance coverage on the phone then Cingular will likely replace the phone for you. If you don't have phone insurance I recommend that you get that service for at least one month and then you will be allowed to have your phone replace by the phone insurance claims department. You will have to pay a deductible $50.00 to replace that phone. Call Cingular Customer Service if you have any questions.
