I lost three this year. Every year I misplace something, it's got so bad I buy extra gifts so i can replace the lost ones.

YES and thank-you for reminding me that I need to look for the thing. I know it is somewhere in my closet...it is just so small it was over-looked, happily I have yet to see the person for whom I bought it. There is still time! ; )

Not this year, but over the summer I found a wrapped present in the closet. It was a little toy tow truck for my son. He liked it fine this year though!
That's why I usually don't shop far ahead of Christmas, I end up forgetting what I bought or losing it.
I almost lost a gift card for my niece but found it. I had already wrapped up another present for her though, so I guess that counts!

I even have bought my perfect pal an Italian money pot (£18.ninety 9)and it relatively is gorgeous, yet ineffective and that i comprehend she'll like it. You shop earnings it and the only way you could retrieve you cash is to wreck the pot - marvelous?

my mother does! she just gave my son a gift she had lost 1/2 a year ago! hey, when you hide them too well, you end up hiding them from yourself!
