IUD question does anyone else have the merina IUD?

If so did you stop having your period? I have had mine for 3 yrs now and now the periods have stopped.

I was spotting now it has stopped.

I have had the Mirena for 7 months now. My actual period has stopped but I still get spotting. The spotting is much better then the heavy painful periods I used to get. Not sure why after 3 yrs yours has just stopped.

It really isn't uncommon for it to happen. If you think by chance you could be pregnant go buy a test. I really think you are fine.
