First of all Starfox Adventures was developed by Rare it was published by Nintendo, produced by Miyamoto so how could the Zelda creator rip himself off?
The only similarity between Beyond Good and Evil and Zelda is the dragon boss. ONLY.
As for rip offs there was only one that I can remember: Okami
