Have you considered taking advantage of equality and asking him out? It sounds like the risk is better than the crushing problem? If not asking, maybe some assertive flirtation? The answer to life is not to wait for it to happen, but go make something positive happen for your life. Most people believe they should take more risks to be happy. Get going!
