light or dark jeans?

one someone who is petite? or does it matter? which one do you think looks better?

I think a mixture of light and dark jeans look good on petite people, but not too light or too dark.

I think dark jeans are better looking than light jeans, but that's just my opinion. I don't think it makes a difference as far as being petite either because I'm very petite and small, and I just wear what looks good. Wear what's going to make you happy, and what looks good.

A straight or trouser legged, dark wash jean (no whiskering or other junk) paired with a pointy toed shoe will give you the best appearance on a petite frame. Dark wash always makes you look leaner, and the straight line on the leg continued with the pointiness of the shoe gives the illusion of long legs and added height on a petite frame.

light for summer and spring, dark for winter and fall. Dark is slimming so if you are worried about looking to thin then light. I personally think it just depends on the style and make of the jean. I favor a dark jean but it also depends on the season and cut.

Dark jeans are better if your heavy on bottom. It's very slimming...as long as you don't get the washed out faded look by the bum. It will enhance and draw attention to it instead of concealing

Not that it matters because of your height but dark is definitly better. If you are heavy, you should always go for darker. Try to get some with a bit of stretch, and no embellishments. You can dress them up or down. I wear mine to work, church and anywhere I want to make a good impression.
