I have my phone on a plan with someone else and I want to cancel my contract with her plan and put one in my name. Her phone bill stays to high. Would it be cheaper to stay with sprint and just pay the cancelation fee and open a new account with them or should I change Co. and just start completly over I know I will have to pay a deposit with whoever I go with

Pay the deposit somewhere else. With sprint there's always something. With sprint alway read every line of your bill. One third of every bill is wrong, Always an overcharge and I found out they knew they were charging for things they won't suppose to. Thing u don't even have .They will remove most of the overcharge, but you'll be constantly on the phone calling them. Most people don't bother calling, they just pay and sprint gets to keep the money. Sprint is a very bad company that practice big business fraud (theft is the real word). If you can get out, yet gone.

Considering the cancellation. It would be cheaper to wait out the contract. If you absolutely have to get out now, then stay with Sprint if you like your phone and want to keep it, especially if you use the "push-to-talk" feature. Whatever you choose to do, can I ask you to compare the prices (on phones (the service contracts are all the same)) that you see in the stores to the prices that my company offers online before you make a final purchase. We have agreements with all the major providers and because of our sales volume we are able to offer a much better price on phones

I switched over to Virgin Mobile and the savings were tremendous. They use the same network at Sprint, so the coverage is exactly the same, all at much less money. My service only requires $7 of usage and payment per month. Depending on how long you have left, and what the penalty is, it is worth checking out.

I know exactly how you feel. I also had Sprint and I was not satisfied with the plan, service, and customer service. Studies say that Sprint is the lowest network in the nation! I switched to Verizon and I love it. It will cost a lot of money but boy is it worth it!! This is the services I would go to in order:

1.VERIZON WIRLESS- I LOVE IT
2. CINGULAR-OK
3. T-MOBILE- OK
4. SPRINT PCS- IF YOUR DESPERATE!
