Reminds me of Aviator or the Avian Flu. It would be a really nice name if it didn't remind me of those things. How about just Ava?

I used to have a pair of Avia running shoes. I would not name a child that.

Pronounce Ah-vee-ah I like it. Pronounced Ay-vah I hate it-I prefer the more traditional spelling Ava. If you are looking for something a little different, I also like Anya.

It sounds like a name for a computer or car. It sounds terrible. AVA is a fine name, however.

Cool name...how is it pronounced? Is it pronounced (A-via)? I love it! I have a daughter named Avani...and hey...don't let anyone talk you out of the name. My children have "unique" names and everyone thinks their names are nice.
