I have to share an office with this girl that didn't know crap when she got here. She learned a little and now she is an authority on everything. I'm sick of her. Never fails, anytime I say anthing she knows better, done better etc;. Totally obnoxious.
What's the best way to handle this ******?

Good luck... I deal with the same type of person every night. Sad thing is. I only have to work one other person..

Basiaclly this type of person has low self confidence and needs to prove to others they are better then what they are. Just becareful. This type of person can easily become a verbal bully. If she hasn't already.

My suggestion, avoid this toxic person. If you do have to make contact say a friendly hello and get out as fast as you can. Even if you have to make up something to remove yourself from her presents.

Or you could have some fun. Get a group of co-workers together and make up some crazy story to really get her jealous.
Have group meetings with your friends in eye view of her and keep looking over at her. Give it a few minutes then have everyone walk past her with a forced smile on. It'll driver her crazy. Make her feel like an outcast. Maybe she leave.

Stop letting her get on your nerves. Typically that type of personality acts superior because her self esteem is very low. Your irritation gives her attention and in a way boosts her ego. Start ignoring her completely, and go completely dead-pan whenever she starts to speak to you like she is in a position of authority. She'll most likely quit her crap before too long.

Rise above it,don't let her rile you up,that's probably what she wants, people like that love to think they effect people in a negative way, don't give her the satisfaction of biting, got one at my workplace and the amount of times ive had to bite my tongue....
ignore her good luck

well there is a saying to kill them with kindness. but if you notice it then so does eveyone else including the boss. just let her hang herself with her own rope and you will look much better for ignoring it . you will seem more mature and diplomatic in the bosses eyes and those are qualities that are valued .

Either ignore her altogether or be sickeningly sweet. I have worked with plenty of ******* in my career. If you don't let them get to you, they usually stop trying.

Just have to ignore her. I drive ready mix truck and we have a couple guys there, and have had a couple come and go who were know it all's, and it gets annoying. But you just have to ignore them.

Don't talk to her unless you have to. Ignore her babbling. People like this are very annoying, but they will be that way no matter what you do.
