There is a kid that lives in the house behind my house. He can do no wrong in his grampa's eyes. They have thrown golfballs over so many times that I could open a golfclub today! My husband was out chopping wood and SAW them throw things over the fence, including chunks of ice. I walked over to talk to them again and his grandfather said it was the kid's uncle. When I told him I SAW the kid he tried to say it was some other kid. Seems I was so loud that LIttle Johnny's grandmother came to the door. I told her I had a camera set up to tape EVERYTHING that goes on. She *SAID* she would talk to him.

Now I need to know what I should do to keep the brats out of my backyard and to stop throwing things. I told them I would call the police, but I doubt that would do much good. Should I keep the stuff for the police or throw everything out?

Just throw everything in the trash, eventually they'll run out of ammo. You don't want to have conflict with your neighbors, so hold your tongue and fill your Garbage bags...when and if they ever ask where something went you can tell them...I found the unwanted item on my property and threw it away as is my right to do on my property. If some of the toys are large, take them to Goodwill...also keep in mind that your trash when put out on the curb becomes community property and they can go through it to remove their items (most likely leaving a mess that you will have to clean up)...so keep your cans up close to your home and if they try to dig through them before they have been taken to the curb, you can press charges of theft/burglary/trespassing on them only if you witness them in the act.

different individuals have good concepts, yet here is mine. have you ever tried chatting with the toddlers, as damaging to yelling at them? clarify that it bothers you and ask them why they do it, or in the event that they had like people throwing issues at their domicile windows. on occasion, as quickly as teenagers get it by way of their heads which you're a real person, as damaging to easily the offended neighbor, they see you in a distinctive way. If that would not paintings, then attempt the mothers and fathers/police.

Throw it back over THEIR fence when it comes over YOUR fence.
Don't throw it TOO hard, you dont want to break any windows.

I had a neighbor who would let her dog crap in my yard. She'd say "that wasnt Gemmie" so finally I got tired of picking it up and throwing it away...instead I spread it over her front porch.
And a few on the hood of her car.

Definitely contact the police for harrassment and vandalism of private property. Hopefully that will get their attention.

Just throw them back. When they get sick of picking up the stuff just tell them you didn't do it.. and walk away.
