YES you can get pregnant even if he doesn't *** inside of you. Pre-*** contains sperm in it as well and most likely he left some of it inside of you.

Yes you could get pregnant if his penis was inside you, whether or not he ejaculated inside of you. You're a college girl so I think you know that pre-ejaculate contains sperm and that men produce this as soon as they get excited, well before they ejaculate. If you were that drunk, you may not even know what happened.
You could get pregnant whether or not your menstrual cycle is regular. The younger you are, the more fertile you are.
You could also get a sexually transmitted disease, including herpes or HIV/AIIDs, even more importantly, both of which are incurable and will require treatment for a lifetime. AIDS also causes a horrible death.

You are a college student, why aren't you smarter? If no condom was used, you could be pregnant. Pre-ejaculation has a very high concentration of sperm. Wait until you get a missed period.

You can definately still become pregnant. He may not have ejaculated but there is always the chance of pre-ejaculatory semen coming in contact with you. Semen is semen whether in small or large doses. My suggestion would be to contact your local Planned Parenthood clinic. They offer couseling, affordable birth control, and STD testing. You should NEVER have intimate contact with another person without protection. Any transfer of bodily fluids can result in pregnancy, STD's, etc.

Sad you are in COLLEGE and asking this question. If there is no sperm inside you, when you are ovulating, you cant get pregnant.
