Honey, I'm African American myself and I HATE that look on white, black, or Latin men. It looks horrible in my opinion. I saw one guy with his undies hanging out and they were yellowed instead of white. I was embarrassed for him lol.
Now put any man in a nice pair of relaxed fit jeans and a pull over sweater and that looks hot. I go for the clean cut look that doesn't make people want to run and lock the doors, LMBO.

Do you know where this fashion started? Hmmm... in prison, men wear their pants sagging to indicate that they are available for sex. It became a "fashion" statement and boys do it not really knowing what it means. Wow.... wonder if they still would if they knew? To answer your questions, nope. I don't find it attractive. Black guys have nice butts... their pants should fit them properly to show it off... not make me wanna go up behind them and pull them up... and I really don't need to know what sort of underwear they are or are NOT wearing... lol...

no, if only a couple of inches are showing, sure, but when guys have it down so low that you can see most of the boxers, its just like "hike those things up!"

HATE IT ON ANYBODY!
Despite where it came from which in and of itself would turn me off to wearing that style... why would you want to wear pants that you constantly have to pull up and hang on too...
