Ok I have a boyfriend however over the summer my friend (guy and boyfriend's really close friend) and I went to this summer program together (my b/f didn't get accepted) and after knowing him better I liked the fact that we could talk about anything and that he had great communication skills. I didn't fall in love with him or anything like that but felt bad for feeling a sense of attraction towards him for communicating and listening so well to me (at times more than my own boyfriend) is this natural? Should I tell my boyfriend what I felt over the summer?

I think it is acceptable to admire good qualities in others even when you are in a relationship. It gives you something to aspire to, like the good communication you mentioned having with your friend, and the desire to channel that aspiration and energy into your current relationship. I think a good way to break the ice with your boyfriend about it is to tell him how important good communication is to you in a relationship and tell him that the ease of conversation and good listening skills you learned with your boyfriend's friend is something you want to share with him. Just make sure to avoid comparing your boyfriend directly with his friend or you could make him doubtful of your fidelity over the summer. Whatever you do, try to show things in a positive light and be tactful in how you present it to your boyfriend.

Heh. Kinda sounds like something I'm going through. I've had a boyfriend for six months, and I just started a new job, and I find myself getting really along with a guy at work. It happened to my boyfriend too, only he told me about it, and it really hurt, and I didn't trust him at all. I haven't told my boyfriend about how I kind of feel about this one guy, because I would never do anything about it, because I would never leave him. And I guess, it's natural cause you can't help but like who you like, it's just what you do with those feelings. You might just want to forget about it, simply because it sounds like awhile ago. However, if it makes you uncomfortable, just tell him! Hope you figure it out. :)

Hell yes, I know it shouldn't happen, but it does. Just don't act on it!
