Yeah, they do (some use the cream). I only use cucumber though. The cucumbers are supposed to be in the refrigerator and then you take it out and slice it so the cucumber is fresh and cold.
The vitamins help your skin and the cold cucumber keeps the swelling down. Once the cucumber is warm, take it off. Maybe a total of 8 minutes or so. You can leave it on longer if you like but once it is warm it isn't helping the swelling anymore.

for cucumers, as long as you want but i recomend about 15 minutes, for the cream, maybe 2-5 minutes
