Depends what you like. Like music, movies, and celebrities? I get the Rolling Stone and love it.

Into the environment? Get the Environmental Magazine. I get that too. I'm a big environmentalist.

Into make-up, celebrity gossip, teenage girl stuff? Get CosmoGirl, Seventeen, or one of those magazines. My sister gets those and loves them.

Love to be updated on politics and current events? Try Time, Newsweek, or one of those types. I get Newsweek and love it, too.

Love dogs or cats? Get Dog Fancy, Dog World, Cat Fancy, etc.

There are tons of magazines out there. I don't know your interests so I can't really tell you which to get.

It depends on what you are looking for. I like People for all the great celebrity stories . Plus it seems more reputable than most other magazines.

I enjoy Marie Claire. It does have some stories (usually a cover story) on a celebrity and some sections on beauty and health. It also has a lot of great stories (women on TV in Arab countries, the last Planned Parenthood in SD, etc.) that are well-written and get you thinking.

Of course, if you're just looking for gossip, US Weekly is a fav. of mine!

People Magazine...it's gossipy without being trashy and it doesn't just have gossipy stories about celebs but stories about ordinary people and their hardship or triumph over something in their life that we can relate to.

What are your interests? If you like celebrity gossip than US WEEKLY, IN TOUCH or STAR would be your best bet. If you like to read about musicians than try ROLLING STONES. Are you a Martha Steward wanna be? Try HOME AND GARDEN. If you like fashion try VOGUE. It all depends on what you like!

I like the Monthly Review, which has great pieces on world socialism and critical pieces about capitalism.

Star has all the good celebrity gossip. I get it delivered to my house b/c I was paying $3.50 every week at the store.
