i'm in the 9th grade and i've always wanted to visit paris and live in london.!! i'm from Louisiana though. please give me some advice on how i can acheive my goal and live my dream

London is a great place to visit but it is perhaps the most expensive city in the world. You can't get a visa to stay unless you have a job before you go. Visit once you finish your education. It you really want to live there, the best way is to get a job in the US with a global company based in the UK (like BP) and get transferred there.

England will not let you in to live if you are not already employed or have a critical need skill. Unemployment is high and they do not encourage foreigners taking the jobs that are available. Go to visit Paris or take a tour of Europe when you graduate from College and have the money to spare. No reason you cannot travel once you are able. Set your sites on completing your education and getting a good job so you can travel every year on your vacation.
