My skin complexion is brown, and I'm wearing a maroon shirt with dark blue jeans...Should I do gold or silver accessories??

Gold..the best choice. Silver looks cheap with maroon. Maroon is sorta reddish, purpleish. Maroon looks way better with gold.

Maroon and dark jeans... you don't sound like a gangster. Lighten the colors up. You probably have a nice skin tone.. use that to your advantage. Definitely silver

You should wear silver jewelery that sparkles to look fancy for the occasion and for makeup you should try some light grey with dark red or maroon eye shadow and kind of mix the colors.
