I'd have a good talk to him, and remind him that we are all Gods people and to not be prejudist, and if he didn't comply I may have to kick him out in the street.

That is a hard question. I think first I'd try and understand why it is he decided to join. There have to be some pretty big reasons as to why someone would come to this conclusion. I realize there is more to the Klan than just the hatrid of non-whites, so maybe there are other things which attracted him to the group. Maybe he was attracted to the religion of the group, or the civic duties they perform, or something else. One would think that if someone has taken to join such a radical group there must be some pretty intense feelings.

After I have discovered his reasoning, I might try and point out other ways he could deal with his feelings. Shutting the door on him isn't going to help, but blind loyalty isn't good either.

I'd be sincerely taken aback as I only have daughters.

On the other hand though, it certainly wouldn't happen without warning. No-one starts out as a liberal and then simpy converts to being a bigot overnight. There would be requisite changes in personality presaging this switch. It;s not a simple polar switch.

First I'd be plunged into a surreal alternate reality where I HAVE a son. But once I got past that unreality, I'd be friggin' horrified. I'd whup his stupid behind and then lock him in the basement until he saw reason. And if he never did, I'd probably have him lobotomized.

I would probably try to talk it out with him first- doing something too harsh immediately can actually work like reverse psychology, and make him join just to defy you. If talking doesn't work, take him to a therapist, maybe they can straighten him out.

First I would ask him why he had been skipping school since the word is "that" not "dat" and tell him he sounds like an idiot. Then I would get him into counseling.

He'll always be your boy, and for that you can love him, but Id cut him off and have my biggest Black buddy over to have a talk with him

I would simply say, well son you have made a choice for a short life, what do you want your mother and I to say on your epitaph.

I'd shoot him. And then I'd take out those who recruited him. That's not a possibility, though...my kid is too much like me to fall for that crapolla. I raised him better than that.
