Since you posted this question in this category, I'll assume that your fight is with a boyfriend/spouse.
Show your titties, then kick him in the nuts. But remember that biology is against you in every way here, and males are usually twice as strong as females with the added benefit of testosterone. You stand a good chance of getting your face smashed to a bloody pulp, and would probably deserve it based on your question.
No one should ever hit each other in a relationship, without exception. Any time a couple stoops to abuse they should part ways. A better suggestion to you would be to simply get the hell out of the relationship.

"No rules" would have to mean that hitting below the belt is OK. That's dirty, and any guys who enters into a "no rules" fight with a girl is likely to specify that the only rule is you can't hit him "there", but that would be the way to get him on the floor pretty quickly...
