I have a betta fish and he is soooooooo cool. he always it at the top, his fins are red(really pretty) and he has spunk. right now his name is sparty, but does anyone have any other ideas? his tank it a office tank. he is really brave and cool.

i will not name him sushi, it sounds like i killed my fish and ate him!!! im not really impressed with the names so far. try to pretend he is like a spunky puppy. then that would u name him? i need one great name and that person is well on their way to 10 more points.

i know he is a boy because the pet store person said so. i still haven't found the best name. so far i am sticking with sparty......

Well now i am thinking of spock, u know, from star trek? well no one said that so i am open to new ideas! i am still with sparty.

I named my red betta Clyde and my little orange one Zippy because he zips around the bowl!

We had 3 beta fish (not all at once though). One was blue & green his name was Jake. The red & blue was Kyle. Finally we had a white on with red fins-his name was Apple (b/c he was red on the outside, white on the inside). My son named all of them.
Of course, you could always go with "jaws".
