Get the book "He's not really in the stars", it's awesome and tells you how to attract all the signs. I dont take it that seriously, but its still interesting. Its best for figuring out why you and a guy didnt match well.

probably you should get a little bit more flirty with him to start with, then build it up more. See how he reacts, and if he ic comfortable with it, and just carry on until you two are really close and flirty. Then maybe you could tell him you like him.
