a large portion of dust is actually dead skin cells ..so this is a multilayered problem..i would start at the beginning... when you bathe always use a face cloth or bubble maker to exfoliate your entire body..scrub with a towel and then moisturize daily(that would be a good start),,, now for the room you can partially close the heat vent in your room ,, also put a small cold water humidifier into the room.. and be sure your sheets and other bed stuff is laundered at least weekly.... make sure your dirty laundry is in a closed container away from the heat vent..the bed itself can be a problem if it is old(you may have to get a new one) ..also if you live near a busy road try to not leave the window open too much .. .. :) hope i helped :)

Change the furnace filter ebvery 6 WEEKS during the heating season. Use a pleated filter only as they do a much better job. Do yo have a humidifier? If the answer is NO, consider getting one that is attached to your furnace. It will help considerably and take the dryness out of your house.

Dust comes from alot of things. It comes from outside, of course, and it also comes from your skin. So of course there will be alot of dust in your room if you're in it alot. Pets might also have something to do with it.

I had a big cotton stuffed chair in my room once. It caused dust like crazy. Once I got rid of it, the dust stopped.

considering the fact that airborne dirt and dirt is produced from oftentimes dermis, i might end which you have tough dermis that comes of surely. i might propose figuring out to purchase cream that softens it. yet different than that, get the air purifier from Wal-Mart, no longer from a pharmacy you will get ripped off.
