how to bust email scamers?

what can i do to report email scams where they will actually do something about them. Catch the stupids that do them?

No you can't catch them. It takes a lot more resources than you have to find spammers. We all get spam, but don't get worked up about it. That's a fact of life today. Some people make their living doing this, others make a living trying to convince the rest that spam can be stopped.
