It will give you the minimun hardware & OS requirements.

These include versions of Windows or MAC OS as well as how much RAM, hard disk space & powerful a CPU is needed.

As well ...the type of inteface (slot : PCI-E or AGP).

It's up to you to know these details about your PC.
