Yes, in a word.
She took tincture of cannabis for period pains.
She was also one of first women to have pain relief during labour.
Prior to her, childbirth was seen as a punishment from God for the sins of Eve. But good old Victoria demanded chloroform, and after that it was seen as ok (so long as you had the money of course).
She and Albert were also apparently serious and enthusiastic shaggers. And of course the Prince Albert piercing is named after her husband.
Funny that she's seen as such a stuffy figure - she was much more complex than people know.

It's a documented fact that Her Majesty used marijuana to ease the discomforts of labor and childbirth - but that does not mean she was "on drugs". There is no evidence that she ever abused drugs. The maryjane was legal, by the way...

I had a look and it said Queen Victoria smoked pot and used opium! She was a druggie! lol. I also found she used cannabis for period pain.

yes, Queen Victoria used " tincture of Cannabis" ( liquid hashish) for her painful menstrual cramps all through her adult life.
