i have a basin and it has a pop up waste but it leaks down the hole t?

Your question is not quite clear. But if you mean what I think you are asking you can
1. check the seal on the pop-up
2. make sure the pop-up is seating properly.

it has an adjustment under the sink if that dosent work replace w/new pop up u can get them at any hardwear store good luck LVTHEPLUMBER OUT

Just tighten the caped nut up on the rod.
