I have five attic vent turbines on my roof.

You should not block them. One of their primary functions is to prevent the build-up of mositure in your attic. If you block them, espeically in the winter when it's moist outside, you run the risk of mold in your attic. Not a good thing.

No. The attic should vent as much as possible. The temp. in
the attic should be as close to the outside temp as possible.
If you have condensation in the attic, it is caused by inadequate
insulation. Heat escapes into the attic and condensates with
the cold air.

No. The normal attic needs to be ventilated your round, to dissipate moisture that seeps through the ceiling from inside the house.
