Your dream of collecting earth worms is simply an over-stressed basis of your life. Your self-consciousness is subliminally telling you that it is changing. Maybe once you actually see the earth worms in person, you might realize what a silly notion you had that made you scared.
Earth worms help our environment nourish itself by decomposing leftover material to nutient rich soil. Simply, if you leave them alone, they leave you alone. What did they do to you?

I fear worms too and sometimes had dreamt comig close to them. Maybe its time you get over some of your childhood fears, or begin to imagine facing those things you dread facing in life. Its a warning to become brave. To me its a possitive sign. for you.
