I've had jobs in the past where i had to clean the public restrooms at stores and restaurants and i can tell you that the women's rooms are filthy. I'm guessing that some women just squat over the toilet (and don't actually sit down) and just hope that it all goes in. I've never witnessed any women peeing, so this seems to be the most logical answer i could come up with as to why there is pee all over the toilet in the women's restroom.
But yeah, everyone (men AND women) should clean up after themselves when they use the restroom. Show some common courtesy!!

I used to be the gift shop manager at a Cracker Barrel, the shop staff and the cashiers are supposed to check the restrooms every 30 minutes, we felt like we were working at a truck stop at times. Women are nasty in the restrooms! We would find sh**, pee, blood and vomit on the toilet, on the WALLS, the floor....Do you leave your own toilet like that? A lot of times we were so busy, you know that someone made a mess, then walked out only to have the next person walk right in, knowing who made the mess. I would be mortified to leave a mess of any kind behind me in a public place.
When did "customer service" change to include "toxic waste cleaning"?

And where do you get the information that they don't? I don't know about you but as a woman i find it impossible to "tinkle" on the seat because I actually am sitting on it at the appropriate time. Maybe you have some gender issues and are going into men's toilets and your just a woman in your head? Have a nice day!

never sits on a public toilet would rather crouch due to the pee on the loo the tampax not in the bin and the toilet roll all over the floor
jezzz mens loos must be cleaner then this they only have to pee at the wall oh and then shake it off over the other people standing next to them
its not done cos its not our own loo

I always wipe the seat before I sit, and after I'm finished. Don't tack YOUR personal habits onto the rest of us.
