Well, there's "Believe" by Josh Groban (who is amazing), "Hot Chocolate" by Tom Hanks, and "When Christmas Comes To Town" by Matthew Hall and Meagan Moore. I think "When Christmas Comes To Town" is the last song played on the credits.
p.s.~ I work at a movie theater, so I had to hear these songs over and over again when I had to clean the theater after every show... They're quite catchy. lol.
